My Name is Mr. Fred MUJEMU the Founder SASID Charitable Foundation Africa, we uphold transparency and integrity in all our endeavors, ensuring every donor and stakeholder can trust us as we work tirelessly to support less privileged African children. Growing up, I experienced firsthand hardships of finding a pen and book, walking long distances barefoot in torn uniforms.

These challenges opened my eyes to the struggles faced by many children in our community, where over 80% drop out before high school, often facing early pregnancies. This inspired my global advocacy for children’s rights, supported by donations and sponsorship’s from compassionate friends and partners.

I am Mrs. Nkashabaruhanga Restatuta, General Secretary of SASID Charitable Foundation Africa. I am Ninsiima Precious, a professional lawyer and expert in child protection, proudly serving as the Chief Advisor on Children Protection and Safeguarding. Uganda and Africa face alarming challenges, including early marriages, violence, and the staggering number of girls dropping out of school due to early pregnancies and lack of resources. We are committed to creating a future where every child is safe, educated, and empowered. Through community training programs, advocacy for children’s rights, and providing scholastic materials, we aim to transform lives. However, we cannot do this alone. As a passionate Information Scientist, Researcher, and ICT Professional Associate, I am dedicated to advocating for the rights of vulnerable children to access formal education, particularly in the Bugisu Region. I proudly serve as the Director in-charge of Communication and Research on Children’s Affairs at SASID Charitable Foundation Africa, working alongside other directors on the board with a shared vision of uplifting less privileged communities across Uganda and Africa. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Information Science from Makerere University, I apply my expertise to mobilize resources for child-centered initiatives. My efforts include raising funds from well-wishers, corporate companies, politicians, government agencies, churches, private businesses, and other stakeholders. I actively write grant proposals, attend conferences, and deliver impactful presentations to secure support for SASID’s mission. I am proud to dedicate my time and skills to promote the success, well-being, and protection of vulnerable children, empowering them to achieve a brighter future through education and community support. As a nursing officer with security background, I am proud to support SASID Charitable Foundation because their vision aligns with our government’s mission to uplift less privileged children. Every day, these children face hunger, abuse, and lack of education, but SASID is working tirelessly to change that. I am very happy to always volunteer and support the organization through mentorship programs, offering connections, and advising on security matters related to the health and protection of our children. With extensive experience in education management, behavioral intervention, and therapeutic support, my work has focused on creating safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively. As a certified Play Therapy Practitioner and a Senior ABA specialist, I have supported children through creative, evidence-based interventions that promote mental well-being and resilience. My ongoing MSc in Infant Mental Health at the University of Glasgow reflects my commitment to enhancing early childhood support.
